
The EIC Pathfinder Open Call is now open for applications, with the publication of the 2024 Work Programme of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Program.
Under the EIC Pathfinder Open scope, grants are provided for interdisciplinary projects focusing on technology-oriented scientific research in any field of science or technology, based on high-risk/high-reward principles. Applications are submitted through consortia, and support of up to 3 million Euros is available. Consortiums applying for EIC Pathfinder Open projects must include at least one organization from an EU Member State and one organization from at least three EU Member States or Associated Countries.
The deadline for program applications is March 7, 2024.
The Pathfinder aims to go beyond the known, fostering a visionary approach that seeks to open promising new paths for emerging technologies.
Applications for EIC Pathfinder projects are submitted through consortia. Consortium members can include universities, research institutions, start-ups, SMEs, or industrial organizations engaged in technological research and innovation, encompassing visionary scientists, entrepreneurs, and researchers.
